As many of you have heard, Jayzlyn Yeboah, a second grader from Sabold Elementary, was involved in a horrific accident on Wednesday, October, 16th.
Jayzlyn is currently at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia under the best care with phenomenal doctors. Her condition went from critical to serious, which is a great improvement, but she is not out of the woods yet.
Since this tragedy, there has been an amazing outpouring of love and support from the Springfield community and beyond. This Go Fund Me page is to support the Yeboah family, and allow our friends and neighbors near and far to help the family through this terrible ordeal.
Jayzlyn's parents will need to miss a considerable amount of work to be by their baby girl's bedside as she recovers from this tragic accident. The medical bills will be substantial, as well. Your generosity will help her parents care for her on the long road to recovery.

UPDATE: Although we are trying to maintain the privacy of the family, many people have been asking about Jayzlyn's condition, and we want to share what we can. Jayzlyn is in serious but stable condition, in an induced coma. Her brain is very swollen, but the doctors don't think she has any permanent paralysis (miraculously). She is in really, really bad shape, and continued prayers and donations are needed. It will be a VERY long recovery.
