Jason Swart, his wife Jessica, and their daughter Faithanne are facing an incredibly difficult time. Earlier this year, Jason was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), a serious condition that has turned their world upside down. Since January 2025, Jason has experienced worsening symptoms, and by April, he began a series of hospitalizations that have yet to subside. The family has been navigating a rollercoaster of emotions and uncertainty as Jason undergoes weekly injections, blood transfusions, and oral medications. If these treatments are not successful, a bone marrow transplant will be the next step.

 This journey has placed a tremendous financial strain on the Swart family. Jason has been unable to work since May 2025, and the mounting medical bills, along with everyday living expenses, have made it difficult to keep up. Jessica and Faithanne are doing everything they can to support Jason, but the challenges are overwhelming. They are in need of help to cover medical costs, pay bills, and keep a roof over their heads while Jason focuses on his recovery.
