Support for Harlee and Salmi Family!

From the family:
As some of you have already heard our precious baby girl Harlee has been diagnosed with a diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma. This is a very aggressive, noncurable brainstem tumor. We are in Denver, Colorado at the Children’s Hospital. After an ER visit to Kalispell on Saturday, in less than 12 hours our lives have been forever altered, and we have embarked on what will be the most difficult journey for our entire life. Harlee is being a trooper and the teams here are amazing!!! The prognosis is very poor, but we are trusting in God’s plan and why is gave us Harlee and this trial! We have been grateful for the outpouring of love and support for our family! Please pray for Harlee because she needs a miracle and we are all needing one too! I will not be able to respond to every call, text, or message but we are grateful for you all! Our focus is just on making Harlee’s life as wonderful and loving as possible!

As symptoms progress, Harlee will become increasingly reliant upon everyday cares and already needs assistance. At this time, we are requesting on behalf of the family immediate assistance with reuniting this family and as soon as possible, granting her ultimate wish of returning home.
As friends, family, and people who love and care about her this is one way we can help to support Matt, Taylor, and their children as their lives have been upended. Medical and incidental costs are mounting and time is of the essence to provide the resources that could help support them. Many of us have the opportunity to share in other ways like a meal, assist with child care, pay for gas for transportation, or clean their home. Please join us to gather around the Salami family and provide support.
We will be updating information here and gathering up many of your posts to share with the Salmi family.
