<div>I don’t write often, mostly when somebody inspires me. I hope that the following words will find their way to you.

<div>The time has come when the inspiration I mentioned came not from somebody around but from inside which gives me the full confidence to ask for help with no doubts or hesitation.
</div>

</div>
<div>I started to practice Transcendental Meditation 5 years ago, at the end of my master’s studies, when I realized that I do all the steps in my life that everybody does around me, but a feeling of fulfillment is not there. So I asked <em>where is it</em>. I couldn’t believe that this was it, because it had to be more.

<div>This letter comes from me and it is about me, so there will be a lot of “<em>me</em>” and “<em>my</em>” and “<em>I</em>” because it’s something very personal that at the same time has universal quality as we are all seekers for more happiness, more love, more growth. Meditation gave me the experience that <em>all is here</em> since the very first time. <em>I am</em> and <em>we are</em> <em>more happiness, more love, more growth</em>. The question is <em>how to have access to that all the time</em>.

<div>This is my inspiration, to be more, to be everything while becoming the best version of myself. Only in this way, I can nourish my environment and future projects in the most sustainable way. So the next turn of my life, with the support of my dearest ones, is taking me to the six-month meditation course within the Mother Divine program.
</div>

</div>
<div>The course is starting on the 23rd of September, at Rajapark Institute Training Center in Thailand. It’s a special program for women structured into two parts, knowledge and experience. Both are coming from ancient Vedic tradition. The knowledge part will cover different areas like Maharishi’s Vedic Science, Vedic Leadership, Art and Consciousness, and others.

<div>The experience part is meditation for settling the mind and diving deep within, to the source of thought, to the source of all possibilities and creative organizing power. In physics, it’s called the Unified Field. More advanced meditation practice is as much spiritual as it is scientific. It is the research in consciousness that requires full body and mind coordination which makes a change in the frequency and coherence of our brain activity. As with any research, it takes time and practice, in this case, to adapt to different ways of functioning for one's physiology and nervous system. The same when we train our bodies for professional sports or when we create a performance. There has to be a sustaining environment, certain experience and skills, a certain group of people, or a team to support and bring the quality factor into every stage of the ongoing process.

<div>This was a very short explanation of what is coming and why I chose this path. I am happy to answer personally to any questions or to give more details. Some very kind souls who believe in me and inspire me to wish with no boundaries already helped to raise 2700$, which covers two months out of six. I believe that with your support there is a chance to manifest the full course.

<div>In my journey, I was lucky to meet very bright people whose presence and open hearts let me see and recognize the potential of what I can become. I want to be such a person who has this light and energy to inspire others to reach for fullness in every step of life. The best part is that it's not a question of believing, it is a question of experiencing that fullness within.

<div>Nerašau dažnai, paprastai kai kas nors mane įkvepia. Tikiuosi, kad šie žodžiai ras kelią pas jus.

<div>Tai yra laikas kai mano paminėtas įkvėpimas atėjo ne iš aplinkinių, o iš vidaus, o tai suteikia visišką pasitikėjimą prašyti pagalbos be jokių abejonių.

<div>Transcendentinę meditaciją pradėjau praktikuoti prieš 5 metus, baiginėdama magistro studijas, kai supratau, kad gyvenime atlieku visus žingsnius, kuriuos taip pat atlieka mano bendraamžiai, tačiau pilnatvės jausmo vis nepajaučiau. Taigi aš paklausiau, kur jis yra. Negalėjau patikėti, kad tai yra viskas, nes gi turi būti daugiau.

<div>Šis laiškas ateina iš manęs ir jis yra apie mane, nes tai kažkas labai asmeniško, kas tuo pat metu yra universalu, kadangi visi ieškome daugiau laimės, daugiau meilės, daugiau augimo. Meditacija nuo pat pirmo karto man suteikė patirtį, kad viskas yra čia. Aš esu ir mes esame daugiau laimės, daugiau meilės, daugiau augimo. Kyla klausimas, kaip turėti prie to priėjimą visą laiką.

<div>Tai yra mano įkvėpimas, būti daugiau, būti viskuo po truputį tampant geriausia savęs pačios versija. Tik taip galiu tvariausiu būdu puoselėti savo aplinką ir ateities projektus. Taigi kitas mano gyvenimo posūkis, su mano brangiausių žmonių palaikymu, veda mane į šešių mėnesių "Mother Divine" meditacijos kursus.

<div>Kursai prasidės rugsėjo 23 d., Rajapark Institute Training Center, Tailande. Tai speciali programa moterims, susidedanti iš dviejų dalių: žinių ir patirties. Abi dalys yra kilę iš senosios Vedų tradicijos. Žinių dalis apims įvairias sritis, tokias kaip Maharishi Vedų mokslas, Vedos ir lyderystė, menas ir sąmonė ir kt.

<div>Patirties dalis – tai meditacija, skirta nuraminti protui ir pasinerti gilyn iš kur ateina mūsų mintys, kur yra visų galimybių laukas ir kūrybinės organizacinės galios šaltinis. Fizikoje jis vadinamas vieningu lauku (angl. Unified field). Pažangesnė meditacijos praktika yra tiek pat dvasinė kiek ir mokslinė. Būtent sąmonės tyrinėjimas reikalauja viso kūno ir proto koordinacijos, dėl kurio keičiasi mūsų smegenų veiklos dažnis ir darna. Kaip ir atliekant bet kokį tyrimą, reikia laiko ir praktikos, šiuo atveju prisitaikyti prie skirtingų fiziologijos ir nervų sistemos veikimo būdų. Tas pats galioja kai treniruojame savo kūną profesionaliam sportui ar kurdami spektaklį. Turi būti palaikanti aplinka, specifinė patirtis ir įgūdžiai, tam tikra žmonių grupė arba komanda, kuri palaikytų ir įneštų kokybės faktorių į kiekvieną vykstančio proceso etapą.

<div>Tai buvo labai trumpas paaiškinimas, kas laukia ir kodėl pasirinkau šį kelią. Mielai atsakysiu asmeniškai į visus klausimus ar suteiksiu daugiau informacijos. Privatūs asmenys, kurie manimi tiki ir įkvepia norėti neužsibrėžiant jokių ribų, buvo labai dosnūs ir jau padėjo surinkti 2700$. Tai suma padengianti trečdalį kurso. Tikiu, kad su jūsų parama yra galimybė surinkti pilną sumą.

<div>Savo kelionėje man pasisekė sutikti labai šviesių žmonių, kurių buvimas ir atviros širdys leidžia pamatyti ir atpažinti potencialą, kuom pati galiu tapti. Noriu būti tokiu žmogumi, kuris turi šios šviesos ir energijos, kad įkvėptų kitus siekti pilnatvės kiekviename gyvenimo žingsnyje. Geriausia dalis ta, kad tai ne tikėjimo, o tos pilnatvės viduje patyrimo klausimas.
