Glendy and Nixon’s children have endured unimaginable loss and hardship. After being deported from the US, Glendy and Nixon were tragically killed in Guatemala. Their infant daughter Giovanni was found alive but dehydrated, and all three children are now in the care of their aunt. Glendy and Nixon were hardworking parents, deeply committed to their family and community. Even in the face of adversity, Glendy continued to organize and support others, showing incredible strength and resilience. Their daughter Marisol, just 11 years old, developed epilepsy due to the stress the family faced, and their youngest, Giovanni, was born into a world of uncertainty and struggle.

 Now, these children are adjusting to life without their parents, relying on the love and support of their aunt and extended community. The funds raised will help cover medical care for Marisol and Giovanni, provide for their daily living expenses, and ensure they have access to education and stability as they move forward. This support will give them a chance to heal and build a brighter future, despite the tragedy they have experienced.
