Frank passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, leaving behind his wife, mother, and sister. As the sole provider for his family, Frank's sudden loss has left them facing not only emotional heartbreak but also financial uncertainty. He was the heart of Union Pacific's Roseville Yard, where he worked for 19 years, always bringing positivity and warmth to everyone around him. Frank was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for his loved ones and friends. No one ever saw Frank angry or upset, regardless of the circumstances, and his presence lifted the spirits of everyone he met.
