Frank Ozuna, our co-worker, has experienced a tragedy that no family should ever have to endure. Within just two weeks, Frank lost both of his brothers—one to an industrial accident and the other to medical complications. The shock and grief have left Frank and his family struggling to cope with the emotional and practical challenges that come with such sudden loss.

 The impact on the families of Frank’s brothers has been profound. Both families are now facing not only the heartbreak of losing loved ones, but also the uncertainty of how to support their children and move forward. Frank’s mother, who now has only one surviving child, is especially in need of comfort and assistance as she prepares to move to a senior living arrangement and navigates this new reality.
