<div><em>I will be running </em><strong><em>'The Windsor Half Marathon' </em></strong><em>in aid of raising funds for </em><strong><em>'Four Paws One Heart Rescue'.</em></strong>

<div>The rescue holds a special place in my heart and I hope to help the rescue as much as possible!

<div>All rescues work tirelessly to save animals in need, and every rescue is struggling.. but the dogs that<strong> FPOH </strong>rescue, is cruelty I had never seen before, or even knew existed. 
</div>
<div>They rescue dogs from the streets, from the black market, from dog fighters and they rehabilitate the dogs back to full health.
</div>

<div>Some of the dogs have had limbs cut off, others have been kept on roofs in 45+ degree heat with no shade or water, others life their lives on chains surrounded by faeces, and unbelievably some have sadly been sexu@lly assaulted.

<div>Georgia and her team are completely dedicated to saving the innocent souls who are desperately hoping for their cries to be heard. 
</div>
<div>They rehabilitate the dogs back to full health, build their trust back into humans.. and then find forever homes for them in the UK and Ireland. 
</div>

<div>When the dogs are rescued they taken instantly to their trusted vets and receive multiple blood tests, Xrays, Ultrasounds, treatments, blood transfusions, surgeries, spaying &amp; neutering, the dogs are given absolutely everything they need to get back to full health.

<div>Without peoples support for the rescue so many dogs &amp; cats would suffer. They see cruelty every single day. Hundreds of dogs and cats are in need of rescuing.
</div>
<div>The rescue is only small, and they are desperate for more awareness and support and I really hope to be a part of supporting and changing these animals lives.
