Rose's daughter-in-law and son are facing an unimaginable crisis. Their son was severely beaten by a transient who refused to leave from outside their window. When they found him, he was bleeding heavily and is now in a coma with brain damage, kept alive on life support. The emotional toll is overwhelming, and every day brings new challenges as they wait by his side, hoping for a miracle.

 On top of the trauma, the family is struggling financially. Rose's son had back surgery just a week before the attack and injured himself trying to perform CPR. Neither parent has been able to work, and the mounting medical bills, daily hospital parking fees, food, rent, utilities, and gas to get to the hospital are making things even harder. Rose has helped where she can, but the costs keep rising, and the stress is taking a toll on everyone. The mother is too distraught to be at the hospital, often breaking down, while the father spends all day with their son, parking far away to save money and relying on small comforts like coffee to get through the day.

 The family is desperate for support. Please help them. It's heartbreaking enough to know their son was beaten so badly, but not having the income to spend precious time with him makes it even harder. Each day his brain deteriorates, and it's only a matter of time before he goes home. Any help you can give will make a difference in their lives during this incredibly difficult time.
