Support for Families of Baldwin Teens
Sunday 21, 2020 was a life changing day for three local families. Losing a child is a pain beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be split evenly among the three families to cover funeral expenses. We ask that you continue to pray for the families and our community as it mourns the loss of these three fine young men.
Matthew Blayne Shackelford (17) was from Bay Minette, Alabama. Son of Matthew Shackelford (Allie Shackelford) and Elizabeth McMillan. He had just graduated from Baldwin County High School in 2020 and was set to attend The University of Alabama in the Fall.
James Tyler Drinkard (15) was from Perdido, Alabama. Son of Tyler Drinkard and Daphne Stamps (Marlin Stamps). A current student at Baldwin County High School.
John Avery Blackmon (17) was from Spanish Fort, Alabama. Son of JJ Blackmon and Cheyanne Strickland (Davis Strickland). He had just graduated in 2020 from Spanish Fort High School and was set to attend The University of Alabama in the Fall.
Arrangements have not been made at this time. Updates will be posted for those who would like to offer their condolences.
I am Kayla Waite from Bay Minette Al, I am mutually connected to all three families. The funds from this fundraiser will be used to cover funeral and burial expenses for the families. I will withdrawal all of the funds and distribute it accordingly. The check will be Split three ways and taken to Norris Funeral home and written out to one of the Parents that already covered the funeral prior to the service.
