Support for Dylan: Home Lost in Fire

Hey!
I am seeking monetary donations on behalf of one of the best people I know, my long-time friend, Dylan. He (and his beloved kitty, Maverick) lost his home in the Almeda fires of Southern Oregon (pictured below). Thankfully, they are both alive, healthy and have shelter but they have lost nearly everything to the fire. I know that between the pandemic, the fires, and political climate, there are so many people who need support right now. Asking for monetary-based help is not something he or I take lightly, especially right now, and we acknowledge that this type of aid is the most difficult for people to give. Dylan and I appreciate you even considering this, and do not want you to feel any pressure or put yourself out at all to help. We are just grasping at straws to find any way to get him some aid.
Dylan is doing his best to utilize local resources, however, with so many people in need it has proven difficult for him to get some things. Also, resources focus on families first so getting help as a single male is a challenge. He was able to be placed in a hotel so lodging is not a priority for the immediate future. Other essential items like food, clothing, animal supplies, personal hygiene products, and aid in paying some of his credit card used for other necessities top the list.
The hotel that Dyl is at does not have a kitchenette. As such, he must eat at restaurants which, of course, quickly adds up. We estimate that at one "hot" meal per-day, aid in the amount of $300 with his own monetary contributions will sustain him for awhile.
Additionally, he obviously needs all types of clothing and hygiene items. Along with the obvious things like replacing underwear and shoes, we are running into new costs that we did not expect like money for a laundry basket, to go to the laundry mat, replacing his beard trimmer, etc. It is amazing the things you do not think of needing when they are on hand, but once you do not have them anymore, the costs really add up!
Lastly, poor Maverick is currently using a turkey roasting pan as a litter box! Furthermore, due to medical issues needs to have certain food and medications lost in the fire. We are hoping that your contribution will help to get Maverick and Dylan settled until they figure out what is next.
