8/8: A beautiful visitation and burial service for this sweet handsome young man. Although it was more than difficult to experience, many people showed up to support Mike , Jaime and their family. It was a wonderful testimony to Dylan to see so many people gathered to say their goodbyes. Thank you everyone.

7/23 UPDATE - With great sadness I am announcing that Dylan passed away this morning surrounded by his family. He will be missed greatly and forever loved. Please continue to pray for the family for peace and healing.

Hello, my name is Angel and I have known the Burroughs' family for 30+ years. I am starting a go fund me page on Mike and Jaime's behalf in order to raise money for their youngest son Dylan Burroughs' expenses. All funds raised go directly to them.

Dylan Burroughs, 18 of Carlock, IL was walking on a rural road at approximately 10:00p.m. on Monday, July 7 when he was struck by a vehicle going approximately 55mph.

First responders were able to reach him in the dark, intubate and perform CPR at some point to regain circulation. Since then, Dylan has been in a coma on life support with consistent signs of decline for over 24 hours. Family is proceeding with brain death testing. They are asking for support for expenses during this time. They continue to be at Dylan's bedside praying for a miracle, knowing that science says it won't come. Please contribute if able.
