My name is Amber Collins, and I am Devon's aunt. I actually can't even believe that I am typing these words. I am searching for them because I am genuinely lost in these moments, but on Saturday, March 28, 2026, Devon was tragically taken from us, he was murdered. To know my nephew was to love him, a little rough around the edges, TRUE ATHLETE, real ride or die type of guy, but at just the young age of 17 due to gun violence he is no longer here.

 Devon was the kind of person who brought energy and heart to every room. He was fiercely loyal, always ready to stand up for his friends and family. Losing him so suddenly has left us heartbroken and struggling to find our way forward. We want to honor Devon’s memory and give him the farewell he deserves, but the costs are overwhelming.
