Support for Denise's recovery

I am asking for support for my mother's recovery and to see her return home soon. It has been almost a year since my mother walked into the emergency room with complaints of back pain. It was discovered that she had an aortic dissection. She had surgery to correct it but suffered a number of complications after the surgery. Doctors had given up on her, suggesting hospice. I declined hospice and informed them that I am praying for a miracle. She had been on the ventilator for several months but is no longer on the ventilator and now has a tracheostomy. She is alert and oriented. She walks with me using a walker. She is no longer receiving therapy at the facility because insurance has stopped paying as they only provide coverage for a certain number of days. That said, she's now considered to be private pay, yet she requires ongoing care. She is motivated and wants to get back home. She has issues with the tracheostomy that need to be addressed in order to move forward with a safe discharge plan. Please join me in this effort to getting my mom back home.
