I am creating this GoFundMe page for those of you that would like to consider donating to show your support for Colleen and Allie Carter, as they mourn the unfortunate loss of Dallas Dale Carter.
Dallas passed away unexpectedly yesterday, on his birthday August 1, 2020. This leaves Allie without her father and Colleen without the love of her life; even though things were not in their normal state lately, they still loved him dearly and are heartbroken about the absence in their life that this loss has created.
This fundraiser is to help cover the costs associated with Allie's future life and educational necessities.
