Support for Cristo Garza's family

When we learned of the passing of Cristo Garza, Head Football Coach at Zion-Benton High School and alumni of Round Lake High School, we knew we needed to create means for everyone that has been taught, coached and supported by Cristo to rally around his family.

I had the privilege of teaching Cristo and coaching his wife Jenny during their high school years at Round Lake.  I now am blessed to work side by side with Jenny as my assistant in the athletic office and our long time Cheer Coach at Grayslake North.  Cristo coached at North as well as Lakes, Warren, Round Lake and most recently at Zion.  Both Cristo and Jenny have coached, taught and loved hundreds of students during their careers in education.  

It is now time for us to give back to Jenny and her boys.   Funds raised will assist with funeral and immediate living costs and will go to education funds for Cristo and Jenny's two young sons.
