Support for Courtney & Blake

Dear Family and Friends,

My sister Courtney is a single mother with a 9 yr old son. She is 40 yrs old and has done a remarkable job providing for herself and her son. She has always been employed and is a medical assistant at a doctor’s office. Unfortunately, she was in need of a medical procedure that resulted in some serious complications leaving her in the I.C.U. and on life support for several days. She has been removed from life support and is getting stronger but has a long road of rehabilitation ahead of her, which will keep her out of work and limit her ability to provide for her and Blake. 

Courtney has a strong family and we are all trying to her help her as much as possible. She thought she had everything planned out and would have the surgery and be back on her feet in a few weeks. 

Unfortunately, she will now be faced with increased medical expenses, including co-pays, prescriptions, and follow-ups with specialists. She never complains or asks for help and will be upset with me for starting this but she really needs a break.

All funds will go to pay for the medical bills and any shortfall in living expenses with the extended time off from work required. Once again, all monetary donations are greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate please continue with your prayers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
