Brett passed away early this morning, leaving my sister Cherie without her husband of 33 years in almost an instant. Their five sons have lost a loving father, and Brett was cherished by his brothers and parents as well. The family is hurting deeply—spiritually, physically, and financially—as they try to process this sudden loss.


Cherie now faces the overwhelming task of arranging funeral services and managing immediate expenses, all while grieving the loss of her partner and supporting her children. The unexpected costs are adding to the stress during an already heartbreaking time.
