<div>Yesterday, our family experienced the absolute unimaginable. We lost our beautiful, sweet, vibrant and charismatic Cassandra “Cassie” at just 15 years old. As anyone can understand, our hearts are completely shattered and our lives will never be the same.

<div>My name is Lisa, and I am Cassie’s aunt. I created this fundraiser on behalf of our family to help support Cassie’s mom and little sister during this incredibly difficult time. I will be withdrawing the funds and using them to pay for all funeral, memorial, and other expenses associated with honoring Cassie and supporting her immediate family.

As our family tries to process this devastating loss, my sister is facing the overwhelming burden of planning Cassie’s funeral while also trying to be present for her younger daughter, Morgan, who is only 11 years old and is also grieving the loss of her mentor and older sister.
