<div>It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Carlos E. Ramirez Jr., a beloved member of the Advanced Fire &amp; Rescue Team. Carlos passed away during the line of duty on Feb. 15, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of bravery and a heartbroken family, including his father Carlos Sr., his mother Ojany &amp; sister Emily.
