On January 6, 2026, our beloved Carlie was involved in a horrific car accident that has forever changed our lives. She sustained severe, life-threatening injuries, including significant brain and spinal trauma, and is currently on life support, fighting for her life. Carlie is unable to breathe on her own and remains under intensive medical care as doctors continue testing and monitoring to determine the next steps in her treatment. In addition to Carlie’s devastating injuries, her beloved dog and constant companion, Chase, who was with her at the time of the accident, tragically did not survive. This loss has added to the immense heartbreak our family is experiencing. As Carlie continues this critical fight, our family is facing overwhelming medical expenses, long-term care needs, rehabilitation costs, and unexpected financial burdens that come with such a sudden tragedy.
