Support for Billy's Family

On Monday, October 8th the Netherland family unexpectedly lost beloved husband, father and grandfather, William "Billy" Netherland.
I know I am in good company when I say that I adore this family, and am absolutely heartbroken for them. Billy and Robin own Hairlines Salon, and we share many of the same clients. The outpouring of support and kindness has been touching and deeply meaningful to the family and all of us at the salon.
Many of you have reached out to me, asking how you can best support Robin, Josh, Stephanie and the rest of their family at this time.
Something that is often overlooked about working in our industry is that there is no paid vacation, sick time or emergency leave. When we are not taking clients, we are not getting paid.
They would never ask for help on their own, so I am starting this campaign for those who would like to contribute financially to Billy's final expenses, as well as helping to lessen the burden so that the family can more easily take the time off that they need and deserve to process this sudden and devastating loss.
Billy was known by almost everyone who came into the salon, always quick to offer a friendly greeting, funny anecdote or kind word. His presence here is going to be deeply missed.
