<div>Good morning, I have thought long and hard the last few months. I did not want to reach out and ask for help. Things have taken a turn for the worse. All of you know our story. <strong>My sister Bethany Jacob was diagnosed with cancer in April 2023.</strong> Her husband Jim, who takes care of everything, has now been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and it's bad. They are on a limited fixed income and struggle month to month to make ends meet, but their faith in God carries them through, and somehow He always provides.

<div>This is so much bigger now. <strong>Jim has been admitted to the hospital. The cancer is moving quickly through his liver, his gallbladder, and other organs.</strong> We are just finding out the terrible process and what's to come. Their funds are limited, no life insurance, no savings, and both are unable to work. Jim had a little part-time job, and Bethany even took on a small cleaning job to bring in extra cash. Currently, neither are well enough to work.

<div>This is heartbreaking . They have been through so much. As you already know, they lost their beautiful daughter Livy at 22 to suicide in 2018. We never dreamed Bethany would outlive Jim. We never dreamed she would still be here, but she is. She says God has a plan, and it's not for us to ask. Please keep our family in your prayers, and if you are able to help them in this time, please donate. Any gift is greatly appreciated. <strong>We are afraid Jim may not have much time left. It's critical.</strong> Bethany is with him now at GBMC, scared and heartbroken. Thank you for your kindness and prayers.
