Support for Baby JD & The Sramek's

As most of you know, Tiffany and Chase welcomed their beautiful baby boy into the world on Saturday October 21st and he is facing some hurdles.
Here is Tiffany announcement;
'Our sweet boy is here and he needs your prayers.
JD Sramek (Jonathan Dale, named after his daddy, both Grandpas and his Uncle Jon), born 10/21 at 12:10pm. 8lbs, 13 oz and 21inches long.
It was discovered 19 hours after his birth that he has a heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot and will need some medical procedures to correct the anatomical problems with his heart. He is a big, strong boy but is going to have a journey ahead of him, so we are asking for all of the prayers please.
We're thankful that we have a faith that can allow us to have some peace through this time because of Jesus and we know God is taking care of us.
If you want to know more about the condition, Jimmy Kimmel has a video about it because his son has the same thing and spoke about it recently on his show.

The family is grateful for the overflow of support and prayer so far, please keep them in your prayers for the weeks and months ahead.
A lot of people have reached out to ask how they can physically help.
Right now JD will remain in the Los Angeles Kaiser NICU to undergo the first of his heart procedures today (Tuesday October 24th)
This is a wonderful facility that is better equipped to deal with the level of care he requires.
Unfortunately, this hospital is more than 30 miles away and over an hour and a half drive, They are currently staying at a nearby hotel as Tiffany is continuing her own path of physical healing and of course the family should remain together during this challenge, at the side of their newborn son.
We (her friends and family) are hoping to help begin a fund that would allow them to cover the inevitable expenses as Baby JD undergoes the first of his heart procedures.
Currently accomodation and other unavoidable expense.
Going forward we will continue to update this page with details and needs including the information to help with the inevitable medical expenses of JD's future heart surgery and care.
