<div>Our hearts are heavy with sadness as we share the news of Jose Manuel Auffant Colom, who passed away trying to save his beloved wife, in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

<div>Following recent information regarding the circumstances of his passing, it is believed that his wife suddenly fell while practicing rappelling, and in an attempt to rescue her, Jose Manuel jumped after her resulting in the death of both individuals.
</div>

<div>When words fail to express deep sorrow for someone’s loss, many of you ask how you can help the family during these difficult times. Condolence money is largely given for a practical purpose: to help the mourning family cover funeral expenses as well as any bills that were left behind. <div>Tras recibir la información sobre las circunstancias de su fallecimiento, se cree que su esposa cayó repentinamente mientras practicaba rappelling, y en un intento de rescatarla, José Manuel saltó tras ella, pero lamentablemente ambas personas fallecieron.

<div>Cuando las palabras no logran expresar un profundo dolor por la pérdida de alguien, muchos de ustedes se preguntan cómo pueden ayudar a la familia durante estos momentos difíciles.
