<div>A Sunday that began like any other in Pleasanton, Kansas, turned into a nightmare for Anita Gunn and Charles “Jody”  Andula. Their 13-year-old son, Airen Andula, went missing in the afternoon, sparking a massive search across rugged woods and ravines that stretched into Missouri. The entire community held its breath, hoping for his safe return. Tragically, Airen’s body was found the next day. Authorities have charged a suspect with abandonment of a corpse, and the investigation continues. The heartbreak of losing a child in such a way is unimaginable, and Anita and Jody are now facing the most difficult days of their lives.

<div>As they grieve, Anita and Jody are trying to take things one step at a time. They are working with the local funeral home in Pleasanton to pay for Airen’s cremation and final arrangements. More than anything, they need a more reliable vehicle to get to counseling and begin the long process of healing. The costs are overwhelming, and every bit of support will help them stay on their feet as they navigate this tragedy.
