<div>As FMLA will allow for my medical leave I thankfully should only expect to miss one pay period. To have my position protected until I return from leave is something I realize I am to be very thankful for. However, due to the length of time I will not collect short term disability.

Additionally, any potential financial alleviation as for the medical debt I have acquired would be much appreciated.
