I am setting this up on behalf of Mike and Kelly Czerwinski. They recently lost there daughter Addi Jo. In her short time with us, Addi Jo showed us how incedibly strong she was. She made a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. Addi Jo touched a lot of people by the way she smiled, her gentle heart, and the way that she never gave up fighting.
