Mental Health Evaluation $3000

My sister is having a mental health crisis. It started a month ago and it has led to some very serious problems. She has never been in trouble in her life. She has 4 children and through this crisis, her little ones have wound up in CPS custody in Mexico. Their father is fighting to get them back. My sister came back to herself today. She is in Lexington, Kentucky, in jail. They have set her a cash $5000 bond. My sister does not belong in jail. She has been through a lot of trauma this year and she just finally lost it. I know you do not know me or my sister and it is really uncomfortable asking for help this way, but if you are unable to give, will you please say a prayer for her? We found a psychologist that quoted us 3000 for the mental evaluation.
