<div>On New Year’s Day, my sister and her family were displaced after a fire severely damaged their home in Reedley, CA.  While they are grateful that everyone is safe, the fire left the house uninhabitable and caused the loss of a significant amount of clothing and personal belongings, especially items essential for daily life.

<div>My sister is a full-time caregiver and mother to two young children, and her husband is a firefighter who dedicates his life to protecting others. In a difficult turn of events, their own family is now facing sudden displacement and the urgent need to relocate while navigating the emotional and financial strain of this unexpected situation.

<div>They are currently dealing with emergency housing and the costs associated with relocation, including:
