<div>Gunnar Beynon is a strong 14-year-old with the biggest heart—an amazing, loyal son, brother, and friend. He’s grown up in our community, attending local schools and giving his all on the lacrosse field. Gunnar has been diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma, he will be starting Chemo treatments this week, they won’t know for a few months whether or not he will also receive Radiation treatments.

<div>The Beynon family has already faced more than their fair share of challenges over the years, including multiple battles with cancer in their extended family. Despite it all, they’ve remained a steady, generous presence in our community—especially in our local lacrosse association, where Skylar and Echo have always been the first to step up and volunteer.

<div>Now it’s our turn to step up for them.

<div>Skylar is home from working away to support his family, and Echo has taken a leave from work to be at Gunnar’s side. As many of us know, costs add up quickly—parking at the Stollery, meals while away from home, and day-to-day living expenses don’t take a break.

<div>This fundraiser is one way we can help ease the financial stress so they can focus fully on what matters most: supporting Gunnar and being together.
