Support Floyd Hall and Stolen Vehicle Recovery

Floyd Hall and The Alaska A Team have been recovering stolen vehicles in Anchorage, AK and surrounding areas for years now. Hopefully you’ve never had to utilize them but my roommate and I have and here’s how it works. You call the police and report the vehicle stolen. Unfortunately with all the serious crime in Anchorage they simply don’t have the resources to be out searching for your vehicle day and night. This is where Floyd and the A Team come in. We contacted them and gave them a description of the vehicle and within 8 HOURS our vehicle was returned to us. Floyd and his team members search the city for the vehicle and when they find it they immediately contact law enforcement to come retrieve it. They either follow the vehicle, block it in, or deflate the tires to ensure that the thieves will not get away with the vehicle. This obviously puts themselves at risk. Unbelievably, this is ALL done out of the goodness of their hearts. They spend a lot of money on gas and vehicle maintainence. When Floyd recovered our vehicle he did not ask for any compensation. We feel guilty that we haven’t done more sooner to support Floyd and the A team. So please, this Christmas season, let’s support Floyd and the people that help him do this absolutely amazing, selfless deed for our community. As you all know, our vehicles often hold special meanings to us. One vehicle Floyd recovered had a family members ashes in it and if left unfound the loss would have been devastating. Thank you Floyd for all you do for our community. We appreciate you.
