My name is Johnnie Banachi, and I’m starting Field &amp; Pantry in Miami Springs because I believe preparedness should be practical, local, and built before people face a crisis. Living in South Florida reminds us how quickly normal life can be disrupted, especially during hurricane season. But storms aren't the only reason families need shelf-stable food. Power outages, house fires, job loss, medical issues, and tough times can all turn a stocked pantry into a lifeline.
