<div>Fernando Acosta has been through a lot this year due to liver disease. His liver is not improving at all. The liver disease  has made him to stop working .for sitting for hours it made his legs swollen and difficult to walk and made difficult  to have a normal life. Fernando does need a transplant but at this moment doctors had said this can kill him if he doesn't get the transplant.there is a waiting list for the transplant but since Fernando is not working  and has been struggling financially and has been struggling  paying some bills that aren't covered by his insurance. Any donations and prayer   are appreciated to help Fernando to stand up back on his feet and also help him to get better and be back to the happy, loving, and caring guy and father and he is that type of a guy that would help others when they need the help. Now is our time to help Fernando so he can have a normal life like everyone else in  this world.
