Ferdy fue arrollado y sufrió fracturas graves y una lesión traumática severa tipo degloving en ambas piernas, una condición extremadamente seria que ha provocado múltiples complicaciones médicas de alto riesgo y ha requerido varias cirugías, incluyendo injertos de piel.

<div>Actualmente, Ferdy continúa sanando y luchando por su recuperación, un proceso largo, doloroso y médicamente complejo que aún toma tiempo.

<div>Several months ago, everything changed unexpectedly. Ferdy was struck and run over, suffering severe fractures and a traumatic degloving injury to both legs — an extremely serious condition that led to multiple high-risk medical complications and required several surgeries, including skin graft procedures.

<div>Ferdy is still healing and actively fighting through a long, painful, and medically complex recovery that will continue to take time.

<div>Due to the severity of his injuries, Ferdy now depends heavily on my daily care and assistance. Because of this, I have had to reduce my work hours in order to properly support him during his recovery.

<div>Ferdy is currently unable to work or generate income. This fundraiser remains active to help cover essential living expenses during his recovery, including rent, food, gas, transportation to medical appointments, medications, personal care items, medical support equipment, and other necessary costs that cannot be paused.
