Help Felicia & Daniah Receive Life-Changing Endometriosis Surgery

Hi, my name is Stacie Yates, and I’m a mother reaching out with a heartfelt plea to help my two daughters, Felicia and Daniah Glaser, receive urgent, life-changing surgeries for stage 4 endometriosis. Both girls are in severe pain and need specialized care from Dr. Cook, one of the top endometriosis surgeons in the country, located at Vital Health in Durango, Colorado.

We are raising $70,000—$35,000 for each daughter—to cover surgery, travel, and accommodations. Their insurance does not cover out-of-network providers, and this is their only chance at relief.

Felicia’s Story

Felicia, 29, lives in Cottage Grove, MN, where she lovingly cares for her grandparents. She was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis at just 16 years old. After years of ER visits and an emergency surgery in Alaska, doctors said her case was the worst they had ever seen. They closed her up and told us to find help outside the state.

We found Dr. Cook, and through the generosity of others, raised $35,000 for her first surgery. That operation gave Felicia her life back—she was pain-free for nearly a decade.

But now, the pain has returned. Felicia is once again bedridden, and she needs a second surgery to restore her quality of life. Her insurance won’t cover it, and we need your help.

Daniah’s Story

Daniah, 23, is a full-time Computer Science student at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Just nine months ago, she began experiencing severe abdominal pain. An urgent care visit revealed a grapefruit-sized ovarian cyst, and during emergency surgery, doctors discovered she also has stage 4 endometriosis.

She’s had to move back home and continue her studies online due to the pain. Like her sister, she was told there’s no further help available in Alaska. We’ve turned to Dr. Cook again—this time for Daniah.
