<div>This is for my <strong>Father (stepfather)</strong>, but I don't look at him any different than my family. He came into my life and did everything he needed to support me with love, money, and heart, and it's my time to rise up and help him in need. <strong>He needs a heart and kidney transplant.</strong> He has been in Rochester Strong Hospital for over 8 months. He is now back home awaiting the transplant. He has to go to dialysis 3 times a week. A few people that were in the hospital with him transferred to Cleveland have already had their transplants handled. He requested to go and is being denied by his insurance company, Independent Health, due to it being out of network. <strong>Please take a moment and help me replace the heart this man has given not only to me but to many other people he has been around.</strong>
