Support Family After Herlinda's Strong and Loving Journey

My Aunt Herlinda Estrada, 78 years old, born on 10/28/1945, would have been 79 next month, but heaven got her wings early on 09/20/2024. She passed away, leaving her husband Roberto Estrada, two sons Juan and Martin Estrada, and two grandsons Mateo and Robert Estrada, whom she loved and they loved her.

She did 20+ years on dialysis, 12+ years without both kidneys, and countless other major complications. Despite these challenges, she never complained and always made sure everyone around her felt happy and loved. But even the strongest warrior has a breaking point.

My cousin was beyond honored and blessed to have made the decision 12 years ago to move them back in, allowing us to treasure her unconditional love every day. She sacrificed so much, raising her siblings as her own children and continuing to do so for her family and her sweet little boys. She fought hard and long until her body couldn't anymore. She still gave us nine days after she decided not to continue with her dialysis at a hospice house. Even though it was hard to watch and think any second she could pass away, we are really appreciative that she gave everyone those days to come see her and call to say their goodbyes. It didn't make it easier, but we know she left with no pain. PeaceHealth Ray Hickey Hospice House was amazing, not only with her but with the whole family.

Now she can rest peacefully with no more pain and suffering, as she very well deserves.

Even though my stubborn cousin didn't want us to make this page at first, they will need any help you can give them for her cremation, cemetery space, and anything else they might need, since he was out of work to be with her every single day until her passing. Thank you in advance for your help.
