Restore Ukraine - Support Families Impacted by War

No Ukrainian is safe in this war. In addition to military targets, Russian troops have been bombing civilian areas including schools, children's, and maternity hospitals. By the Kharkiv mayor's statement, the Russian artillery destroyed more than 1,150 infrastructure facilities, of which 1000 were residential buildings.

According to the UN Refugee Agency, over 6.5 million citizens are displaced inside Ukraine and around 13 million are unable to leave due to immediate life threats and destruction of infrastructure.

My older brother Stan (CEO of the company) and I are using the operations of the company which is the largest distributor of wholesale building materials in Ukraine. At the onset of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and recognizing a desperate need for services, the company converted its headquarters and warehouses into shelters and food banks for the displaced civilians located within the Kharkiv city. The company has also transitioned its corporate restaurant into a facility providing over several thousand hot meals to displaced civilians, public servants, and first responders.

Currently, Atlant Support is providing 3,500 total meals per day while also providing shelter to anywhere from 150 to 300 residents at a time. By creating funds to support our operations, we will be able to focus on delivering the Ukrainians out of extreme violence, poverty, and hunger.

 

My heart hurts, even more, to see how many people are not able to get help or even have a meal once a day. 3,500 meals a day for the city is not enough. My brother and I wholeheartedly ask you to help us run the shelter operations for the people who were impacted by the heavy fire. They cannot leave, but we can come.
