Support Evelynn's Fight

Evelynn is our first born child and genuine gift from God. After a lengthy stay at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital she was formally diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a rare form of pediatric bone cancer. We are setting up this fundraiser to help support her through the fight ahead. We have three goals with these funds: 1 - Purchase a telepresence robot that she can use to remotely attend school for the remainder of the year (we are looking at the Double 3 robot). 2 -  Set up a number of commercial HEPA filters around the house to remove airborne allergens and viruses. 3 - Conduct the necessary modifications around our home and vehicle to facilitate this new reality. Note that all equipment purchased with these funds will eventually be donated to the school for the next young person that needs it. 

We have no expectations from anybody in regards to donations and helping us, financially, through this. But we owe it to Evelynn to exhaust every resource and leave no stones unturned to ensure her health and comfort are maximized.

Those who know Evelynn describe her as being naturally empathetic, kind, polite, mature, and highly dedicated to her family and to God. She is an honor roll student and deeply involved in extracurricular activities such as robotics, snowboarding, horseback riding, golf, and gymnastics.

She will beat this.
