<div><strong>Anthony "Ethan" Chavez was falsely arrested in July over a situation that should have been handled as a severe medical condition.</strong> Instead, he was tased twice, arrested, and placed in the Tangipahoa Parish Prison in Amite, Louisiana, where he is being held without bond, awaiting trial for something that should have been handled as a medical emergency and not a criminal offense.
