“We’ll be friends forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet. “Even longer,” answered Pooh. 
 
 
 When you meet Erin Fallon, you feel an instant connection and know you’ve just made a lifelong friend. Her life force is strong—she’ll scoop you up and take you on whatever journey she has planned. The destination is always secondary to the laughter, games, and conversations around the big table, shared by all the passengers on the “Erin Express.” Erin is a giver, a protector, a leader, a fighter, a lover, and a helper. She’s always been there for her family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and even strangers who need assistance. Now, it’s time for all of us to be there for her. 
 
 
 Erin has been battling high-risk, stage 3 multiple myeloma since December 2022. Her treatment journey has included weekly and monthly chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant in May 2023, and most recently, CAR T therapy in May 2025. She’s still recovering and waiting to determine the efficacy and remission status. Despite a difficult recovery with bone pain and fatigue, Erin has persevered. She receives monthly at-home antibody infusions and is currently seen in the oncology ER each week for IV fluids and medications to combat nausea and fatigue. 
 
 
 Cancer is a catastrophic disease that affects you physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially. Insurance covers many big costs, but the smaller expenses—gas, tolls, parking, copays, over-the-counter medications, car maintenance—add up quickly and have created significant debt.
