Christian is raising this fundraiser for Erika Dominguez, a longtime friend who has felt like family since childhood and the sister of Christian’s best friend. Erika’s loved ones are facing an unimaginable loss after she suffered a sudden heart attack that led to cardiac arrest. Although doctors tried to resuscitate her, those efforts caused significant brain damage. Erika was placed on life support, but her family was later told that the damage was too severe. In an incredibly heartbreaking decision, they had to say goodbye and remove life support. 
 
 
 As Erika’s family tries to process this sudden and unexpected loss, they are also carrying the overwhelming weight of medical bills and funeral expenses. Erika did not have insurance, and the financial burden during this painful time is more than her family should have to face alone. These funds will go toward helping her family pay for the medical expenses from her emergency care and the costs of laying her to rest. 
 
 
 Erika is leaving behind two children, a grieving mother, devastated siblings, and many friends who love her deeply.
