Support Erick Kahn's Heart Recovery Journey
Donation protected
A heavy heart was needed to enable me to write soliciting help, a plea for assistance for my husband Erick Kahn.
This past April 15th. Erick had an angiogram that lead to an open heart surgery. He had a heart valve replacement, an Aorta valve replacement, a bypass and an ablation to correct Afeb. It came overnight with no warning and has prolonged his stay in the hospital.
Erick has been a classical and jazz guitarist for over 40 years and a full-time guitar instructor for over 20. He has a special youth program, that is dedicated to teach mostly children, you can Google his studio “Music Kahncepts”, to read his reviews.
This unexpected turn of events has left us in a dire financial situation, and we are seeking help to cover the mounting medical expenses, and support our basic needs during this challenging time.
As his devoted wife and primary care giver, I’m reaching out to humbly request any assistance possible. The anticipated recovery period for my husband extends beyond his hospital stay. For every passing day the medical bills continue leaving us overwhelmed and unable to keep our financial obligations.
Once dismissed from hospital as per doctors’ orders cannot work for a few months. We expect the hospital will cost about $50 to $60,000, he also has been ordered to do at least a 2 months of cardiovascular therapy, plus living expenses with medications, about another similar amount.
Thank you for your compassion and understanding, your support will provide immense relief. God bless you all for restoring the faith in the power of kindness.
