Hi My name is Emma Drewry and I am a student in AP Research. My younger brother Jack is anaphylactic to peanuts and so I am doing a research project on peanut allergies and allergen labeling. In order to complete my research project I am wanting to test to see if Hershey’s and Mars chocolate candy has a threatening amount of peanut protein. These chocolates have a “may contain peanut” statement which could be confusing for people with food allergies. I am wanting to use a Neogen Peanut Protein Rapid Kit to do my experiment and would need to purchase it!
