She’s the person who pushes you to your limits during a workout, motivates you to be your best, and celebrates every victory, big or small. Now, <strong>Emily is facing her toughest challenge yet: a second fight against brain cancer.</strong>

<div>Emily isn’t just an incredible athlete and coach; she’s also a loving wife, a devoted dog and cat mom, a caring daughter, a supportive sister, a proud auntie, and an amazing friend. As a coach at CrossFit Lowell, CrossFit Reach, and a volunteer coach for The Phoenix, Emily has spent years helping others push past their limits and achieve their goals. She’s a cornerstone of our community and someone who makes a positive impact on everyone she meets.

<div>In 2018, Emily faced her first battle with brain cancer with remarkable courage and determination. She fought hard, returned to the gym, and continued to inspire us all. But now, the cancer has returned, and Emily is once again in the fight of her life.
