<div>Hi my name is Emirys, I'm making this fundraiser for my mother in Law Carmen "Chiqui" medical expenses. She had a Cervical surgery that will result in a long recovery. My husband, her son, Elvin Montalvo went to PR from Michigan to help her and take care of her. She has been hospitalized for one month and she will start physical therapy soon at a rehab center. After two weeks she will be sent home where she will need more therapy around the clock care, and her medical bills are piling up .We need someone to take care of her at the house until the Dr give us the ok to bring her to Michigan.Any help will be appreciated. Mi esposo ,su hijo, Elvin Montalvo, viajaron a Puerto Rico desde Michigan para ayudarla y cuidarla. Lleva un mes hospitalizada y pronto comenzará fisioterapia en un centro de rehabilitación. Después de dos semanas, la enviarán a casa, donde necesitará más terapia las 24 horas, y sus facturas médicas se están acumulando.
