On behalf of our entire management team, staff, and residents, this campaign is being organized to support a dedicated member of our work family, Elsean.

As the Superintendent for our residential community, I, Mirope "MF" Franco, have the responsibility and honor of vouching for Elsean's character.

We are more than just a workplace; we are a family. Elsean has been a pillar of our staff—a face of safety, professionalism, and unwavering kindness. today we are coming together to support him in his time of greatest need.

The Situation: On January 5th, 2026, Elsean and his family suffered a devastating fire at their personal residence, unrelated to our building or workplace. While we are profoundly grateful that everyone is safe, the fire claimed nearly everything they owned. The transition ahead of them is daunting, and as a community that appreciates his hard work, we refuse to let him face it alone.
