<div>Hi! My name is Edward Schlosser. I have a wife Melissa and 4 kids aging from 5 to 19 l was diagnosed with a Polycystic Kidney Disease in 2019 and at that time my kidney function was at a 34. I have an aggressive form of the disease and it has decreased my function fast. Polycystic kidney disease is a genetic disease. I am currently on dialysis 3 times a week for 3-4 hours each time. The only way I can get off dialysis and live a normal life is by getting a kidney transplant. I am currently on the transplant list at Lehigh valley and on the one in Syracuse. I am O+ but they also have the pair exchange program that someone not a match could donate and I could still receive a kidney. Please help me find a kidney! Any questions please message me.
