<div><strong>Newly merged family struggling to keep up with bills and costs while paying for lawyers to keep fighting to have 50% custody of Rylee and Gwen.</strong> We know this is a long shot but a bit of a Hail Mary here. Anything helps. We are good people and don’t deserve to lose any custody! Ed has raised these girls since birth and is just fighting to keep his rightful time. Unfortunately lawyers became necessary when the court approved parenting plan was constantly ignored by their mom and he could no longer continue to go to court in person and keep his job. We were asked to come up with 3,000 in less than a week to continue to have a lawyer in this case because their mom keeps contesting the judge’s ruling to allow the move to live in Cheney as well. The house they lived in was his grandmothers who has passed and is now being sold so remaining there wasn’t even an option. It has been a long expensive fight and we are now swimming in debt making paying every day bills a challenge sometimes. Anything donated will go to the well-being of these girls and their new journey in the Cheney school district. Things like clothing, school supplies, and personal products for the girls are what we are having a hard time finding funds for due to this situation. My family has been helping us a great deal, but there is only so much they can do. Honestly anything helps us right now while we continue this fight!
